Article 1 (General Provisions)

1.These Terms and Conditions define the terms of use for “GV studio” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) operated by Green Valley International Business Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the”Company”).
2.Members of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Members”) shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Membership Eligibility and Admission)

1.Any person wishing to become a Member of the Service shall apply for admission in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company, and shall become a Member upon approval by the Company following an examination.
2.The Company may refuse admission if the applicant falls under any of the following categories, and is under no obligation to disclose the reason:
・If the application contains false information.
・If the applicant has previously had their membership revoked due to violation of these Terms or other reasons.
・If the applicant corresponds to Anti-Social Forces (organized crime groups,members of organized crime groups, or other equivalent persons).
・If the Company otherwise determines that the applicant is unsuitable as a Member.

Article 3 (Membership Types and Services)

1.Membership may have ranks (types) separately determined by the Company.
2.Annual fees, service contents, and benefits corresponding to each rank shall be explicitly stated separately on the website or in materials for Members.
3.For vehicle purchases, tour participation, and other individual transactions, the provisions of separately concluded contracts (sales contracts, etc.) shall apply in
preference to these Terms.

Article 4 (Payment of Fees)

1.Members shall pay the admission fee and annual fee determined by the Company by the method designated by the Company. Furthermore, fees once paid shall not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

Article 5 (Change of Registered Information)

1.If there is any change in the Member’s address, contact information, or other information registered with the Company, the Member shall promptly perform the change procedure in the manner prescribed by the Company.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

1.Members shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
・Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
・Acts that infringe on the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or third parties.
・Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
・Acts of transferring or lending the status or rights as a Member to a third party.
・Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

1.Members may withdraw from membership at any time by following the procedures prescribed by the Company.
2.The Company may suspend or revoke membership without prior notice if the Member falls under any of the following:
・If any provision of these Terms is violated.
・If the payment of fees, etc. is delayed and not fulfilled even after a demand.
・If it is found that the Member falls under any of the items in Article 2, Paragraph 2 (Anti-Social Forces, etc.).

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1.The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to Members in connection with the delay, change, interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
2.Although the Company pays close attention to the vehicle information provided (year, mileage, condition, etc.), it does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Confirmation of the actual vehicle shall take precedence.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1.The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
2.In the event of a dispute between a Member and the Company regarding the Service, the Taiwan Taichung District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction for the first instance.

Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)

1.The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to Members if deemed necessary. The changed Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this website.

Customers shall bear all responsibility for the bidding results.

Pricing Suggestions and Decision-Making Responsibility

Any suggested bid prices, market analyses, or related opinions provided by our company—based on market experience and historical transaction data—are for reference purposes only. The final decision regarding the bidding amount and whether to proceed with a bid rests solely with the customer, who shall assume all associated risks and consequences.
